As we work professionally, frankly and clearly to provide distinguished services at reasonable prices, and we are keen to continue our featured relationship with our valued customers, we advise you read the booking conditions carefully, as they define our rights and obligations, to avoid any misunderstanding that may occur.
Note that by accessing, surfing and using our site or any of our applications or services on our site or through any means through which you make the booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below:
First: Payment Methods
No bookings are confirmed until 45% of the reservation value is paid and the rest on arrival (cash).
Payment methods available for the first payment: cash payment - online payment on our website - payment by credit cards - bank deposits - transfer by Western Union or similar.
The second payment of the program value will be received in cash upon arrival.
If cash is not available on arrival, you can pay by credit card.
Second: Reservation Agreement
All information mentioned in the reservation agreement sent to you by the Tourism Consultant, which includes the number of people, the number of children, the dates of birth of children, and the dates of arrival and departure are the responsibility of the Customer, and any additional costs as a result of changing any such information upon arrival at the hotel shall be borne by the Customer without any liability on the Company.
Third: Amendment / Cancellation Policy for Hotel Reservation and Tourism Programs
- Cancellation or change fees will apply according to the date of the cancellation request, and these fees increase as the cancellation date approaches.
- If the cancellation is requested within a period of more than 7 days from the date of travel, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded without deducting any fees.
- In case of a cancellation request within a period of fewer than 6 days (six working days), and more than two days from the date of travel, 50% of the reservation value will be deducted.
- In case of a cancellation request within a period of fewer than two days from the date of travel, the amount of the first payment will be deducted, and no amounts are entitled to a final refund.
- The customer has the right to amend the tourism services that have been booked, provided that the customer bears all the fines prescribed according to the type of service to be modified, and the result of the amendment depends on the possibility available in this period.
- In case of cancellation due to circumstances such as wars, demonstrations, riots, floods and other similar circumstances, the situation is reviewed according to these special cases.
- In case of cancellation or amendment, the customer writes this by e-mail and phone to prove his right on the date of cancellation.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation during the service due to personal circumstances of the customer for any force majeure or non-force majeure, the cancellation policy prescribed according to the date of the cancellation request will be applied.
Fourth: Important Information about Airline Tickets
• The company is not responsible for determining the baggage allowance by the airline.
• In case of changing or cancelling airline tickets, it will be dealt with according to the conditions and procedures followed by the airline, because each airline has its own system in which it operates.
