11 Million Tourists Arrive in Antalya by Air in 2022

Antalya, Turkey's tourism capital, received more than 11 million foreign tourists via airline during the first 9 months of 2022.

Increase by 57%

The number of tourists arriving via airlines to Antalya increased by 57% between January 1^st  and September 30^th, 2022 compared to the same period last year 2021.

Data by the Anadolu Agency from the Directorate of Culture and Tourism in Antalya showed that the number of tourists reached 11 million 27 thousand and 94 in the said period.

Russians and Germans Top the List of Tourists:

Russians ranked first among the most frequent foreign tourists to Antalya with 2,339,536, followed by Germans with 2,195,860 tourists.

The British came third with 952,246 tourists, followed by citizens of Poland, the Netherlands, Kazakhstan, Romania, the Czech Republic and Denmark.
